Ok, so it's a new - new normal.

Found out Thursday that the results from my endometrian lining biopsy was in and they found pre-cancerous cells. I am having a hysterectomy on 4/30 and may have to have my pelvic lymph nodes removed if they find cancer when they open up my uterus. I'm alternating between sheer terror and chilled out resignation.

I haven't googled too much but have an appointment with gyn on Wednesday to get all the details. I do know it's 4-6 weeks out of work and a few days in the hospital. Bleh. My plan was to win that stupid $560 Mega Million but once again life pulls a fast one and I'm heading down a different road. Putting on the brave face and will try to keep the wimpering to a minimum.

Time passes by....

Fall is my favorite season. I like the cold after all the heat of summer. I like wearing socks and warm jammie pants. I like stomping around in crunchy leaves. I love the warm Autumn colors against a bright blue sky. I like damp clothes because it feels so good to get out of them. I like down comforters and monkey slippers.

I love Halloween and all the spooky stuff that goes with it. I love cemeteries and fun-size candy. I like believing in magic and ghosts and impossible things.

I seem to be very internal lately. I have updated this blog a million times in my head and I've set a status on Facebook and maybe even tweeted a few times (but not too many because I'm wayyyy to wordy for twitter."

So I keep thinking of witty things to say but they haven't been getting past my brain.

I'll have to work on that....

I'm trying to get my Halloween groove on. I have some vacation coming and my hope is to fully immerse myself in creative projects.
